MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
1. Sales Target Management- Develop and execute monthly/quarterly/annual sales plans for the store, breaking down targets to the team.
- Monitor progress through data analysis (sales volume, average transaction value, conversion rate, etc.), and adjust strategies in a timely manner to ensure target achievement.
- Analyze regional market dynamics and competitor strategies, propose targeted improvement measures to enhance store sales.
2. Product and Inventory Management
- Oversee product display, restocking, inventory counts, and turnover optimization.
- Develop promotional plans (e.g., seasonal events, member days) to increase product sell-through rates.
- Supervise product quality and the procurement-to-sales process, control loss rates, and ensure inventory accuracy and cost-effectiveness.
3. PG Management and Training
- Manage and train store staff on sales performance and service skills.
- Use incentive systems (e.g., sales competitions, commission mechanisms) to motivate the team and maintain a positive work environment.
4. Store Operations and Cross-Department Collaboration
- Coordinate daily store operations, including equipment maintenance and cash register management.
- Collaborate with headquarters departments such as Go-To-Market (GTM), Sales, and Finance to implement promotions and conduct sales analysis.
