MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
• Oversee and manage the company’s financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets.
• Manage cash flow, liquidity, and treasury functions to ensure financial stability and operational efficiency
• Monitor and optimize working capital, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and inventory management
• Lead risk management initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations, tax laws, and audit requirements.
• Support in strategic decision-making by providing financial analysis and insights.
• Oversee financial audits and liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies.
• Lead and mentor accounting & finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

KINH NGHIỆM YÊU CẦU
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, or related fields; CPA, ACCA or equivalent certification is an advantage.• Minimum 7 years of experience in financial and accounting management, preferably in retail or FMCG corporations with over 100 employees.
• Good command of English (both written and spoken).
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.
• Hands-on experience in cash flow management, risk assessment, and financial forecasting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Work Location: District 7, Ho Chi Minh City
