MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
- Manage and optimize the My OPPO app loyalty program: design rewards, points system, exclusive benefits, push notifications, and in-app events to boost user engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
- Partner closely with Ofans community: plan and execute engagement activities (contests, challenges, meetups) to build strong relationships with core users and fans.
- Platform Management: Oversee and manage data within the CRM systems and integrate it with the e-commerce platform.
- Own and lead in-app content strategy for My OPPO app: conceptualize, create, and optimize content series on guidance, tips & tricks to drive meaningful user engagement, increase app opens, boost retention rates, and enhance overall user satisfaction/experience.
- Collaborate with APAC/HQ teams on technical & system alignment (e.g., new features integration).
- Coordinate with 3rd parties community such as: artist fandoms (BA/Lead KOLs), campus students: support activation projects, content, and events to engage young Gen Z users.
- Analyze user data (behavior, retention metrics, redemption rates) using OPPO inhouse tools & some other digital tools to generate insights and recommend optimizations to achieve KPIs (e.g., DAU, points earned, conversion).
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Community, Customer Service and external partners/agencies to execute retention and loyalty campaigns.
KINH NGHIỆM YÊU CẦU
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, Communications, or related fields.
- 2-3 years of experience in CRM, loyalty programs, app management, or community engagement (tech/consumer electronics/FMCG preferred; strong digital/CRM internships welcome for juniors).
- Proficient in using data analysis tool such as Excel, Google Analytics, basic SQL or other inhouse tools to understand user behavior and optimize strategies.
- Deep understanding of user engagement mechanics: experience using content to boost app interaction, retention, and loyalty KPIs.
- Creative yet data-oriented mindset: blend storytelling/content sense with analytics to measure and optimize impact.
- Strong engagement skills: experience in planning retention campaigns, push notifications, in-app events, and community/KOL collaborations.
- Passionate about smartphones/technology and familiar with OPPO ecosystem (My OPPO, Ofans) is a big plus.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, able to thrive in fast-paced, project-based environment with tight deadlines.
- Excellent written & oral communication skills in Vietnamese; & good command of English
