MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
1. ROLE OVERVIEWAs a Content & Community Specialist, you are the "voice" and the "heart" of our brand within the user community. You will act as the vital bridge between the brand and our fans, creating engaging stories and unforgettable experiences that drive brand affinity and user growth. In this role, you will lead the charge in building, nurturing, and expanding our presence through the Ofans community and a powerhouse multi-channel content network, ensuring our brand remains a leader in the hearts of tech enthusiasts.
2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Community Building & Engagement
- Strategic Growth: Build, manage, and continuously scale the Ofans community in Vietnam across key platforms (Facebook Groups, Fanpages), ensuring a loyal and high-growth user base.
- Community Connection: Plan and implement both online and offline activities (Fan meetings, workshops, contests) to strengthen the bond with Ofans and drive active, meaningful participation.
- Brand Affinity: Foster a vibrant community environment where fans feel heard, valued, and deeply connected to the brand’s ecosystem.
- Ecosystem Expansion: Develop and execute strategies to expand our multi-channel video networks (TikTok, YouTube, etc.) with a focus on tech-lifestyle content that captures market attention.
- Algorithm & Trend Mastery: Stay ahead of social media trends and platform algorithms to optimize reach, engagement, and follower growth through innovative content formats.
- Content Excellence: Ensure brand guidelines and a consistent "tone of voice" are perfectly applied across all community touchpoints.
- Campaign Execution: Develop and run community-side content for product launches to ensure everything is on track and consistent.
- Partner Coordination: Work with photographers, KOLs, and content creators to produce high-quality photos and videos for the community.
- Story Alignment: Make sure the community’s stories and posts are in sync with the main brand campaigns.
- Progress Monitoring: Track community metrics and listen to user feedback to suggest ways to make our activities better.
- Team Sync: Work closely with Marketing, Product, and PR teams to make sure community activities support the company’s common goals.
- Ideas Contribution: Keep an eye on the market and competitors to propose new, fun ideas for the community.
KINH NGHIỆM YÊU CẦU
JOB REQUIREMENTS- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years in Social Media/Community management, with experience in building digital communities in Vietnam.
- Mindset: Result-oriented, detail-oriented, and a "can-do" attitude.
- Technical Interest: A genuine interest in smartphones and technology.
- Skills: Good writing and storytelling skills; comfortable working with different teams.
- Flexibility: Positive thinking and ability to adapt quickly to new trends or changes.
