1. JOB SUMMARY
The Sales Leader – Service Center is responsible for managing retail operations within the service center while ensuring that customer service and service experience are the top priorities.
This role leads the sales team at the service center to provide professional product consultation and recommend suitable devices, accessories, or solutions to customers who visit for repair or warranty services, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction and increasing retail sales performance.
2. JOB DESCRIPTION:
Sales & Retail Management
- Manage retail sales activities including smartphones, accessories, and related services at the Service Center.
- Provide product consultation and recommend suitable solutions for customers when their devices require repair or replacement.
- Ensure proper product display, POSM, and brand image at the retail area.
- Monitor and drive retail sales performance at the service center.
- Analyze customer needs and propose suitable sales initiatives.
Team Management
- Lead, manage, and develop the sales team at the Service Center.
- Ensure team members are well-trained in product knowledge, customer service standards, and sales skills.
- Monitor team performance and implement improvement plans when necessary.
- Build a positive and service-oriented team culture.
Operations Management
- Oversee daily operational activities in the retail area of the Service Center.
- Monitor inventory and ensure proper stock management of devices and accessories.
- Prepare periodic reports on sales performance, operational efficiency, and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to improve service quality and sales performance.
KINH NGHIỆM YÊU CẦU
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience in retail, customer service, or store management.
- Experience in smartphone, electronics, ICT, or retail industries is preferred.
- Strong team leadership and staff development skills.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and identify business opportunities.
- Customer-oriented mindset with strong sense of responsibility.
