Role OverviewThe Social Media & KOL Executive is responsible for executing OPPO’s social media activities across owned channels, social outreach and KOL collaborations.
Working closely with internal teams and agency partners, this role helps bring brand and campaign strategies to life through social content and KOL activations, ensuring consistent brand presence and effective campaign amplification across social platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute social media initiatives across owned channels and social outreach activities.
- Manage day-to-day content operations across OPPO’s owned social media platforms, ensuring alignment with campaign messaging and brand guidelines.
- Translate campaign directions into social content execution across platforms.
- Coordinate and execute KOL and influencer collaborations, including outreach, briefing coordination, content alignment, and timeline tracking.
- Work closely with social agencies, KOL agencies, and production partners to deliver social and outreach content.
- Coordinate social content production, including briefing preparation, shoot coordination, and content delivery.
- Ensure social and influencer content follows OPPO’s brand guidelines, messaging, and tone of voice.
- Manage timelines and coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Monitor the performance of social content and KOL activities, and consolidate results for campaign reporting.
KINH NGHIỆM YÊU CẦU
Requirements- 1–2 years of experience in Social Media, Digital Marketing, Content, or related roles.
- Good understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing.
- Good content sense with the ability to evaluate social formats and storytelling.
- Experience working with agencies, creators, or influencers is a plus.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Good English communication skills (written and spoken) are a plus.
