MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
1. Market & Consumer Landscape- Analyze Vietnam’s population structure, urbanization trends, income segmentation, and regional differences
- Track key consumption trends (e.g., middle-class expansion, youth behavior shifts, digital habits)
- Develop forward-looking perspectives on consumer evolution and deliver regular insight reports
- Lead or co-lead consumer segmentation projects
- Build actionable consumer profiles (lifestyle, behaviors, motivations)
- Identify and define high-value segments and their growth potential
- Translate segmentation into clear opportunity spaces for the business
- Partner closely with brand, marketing, and product teams to provide consumer-centric inputs
- Contribute to key initiatives (campaigns, product planning, positioning) and influence decision-making
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations (not just observations)
- Drive adoption and impact of insights across the organization
- Lead end-to-end quantitative and qualitative research projects (e.g., U&A, usage studies)
- Translate business questions into effective research design and methodologies
- Manage external research agencies to ensure quality and efficiency
- Build and accumulate reusable research knowledge and assets
- Develop and continuously improve the consumer insight framework and database
- Integrate internal data (sales, user, channel) with external sources
- Strengthen organizational capability in consumer understanding and decision-making
KINH NGHIỆM YÊU CẦU
Education- Bachelor’s degree or above in Psychology, Sociology, Marketing, or related fields
- Strong foundation in consumer behavior and market research
- Proficient in both Vietnamese and English for business communication, reporting, and cross-regional collaboration
- Mandarin is a plus
- Solid expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
- Proven ability to lead end-to-end research processes: problem framing → design → execution → insight generation → business impact
- Strong moderation skills and ability to uncover deep consumer motivations
- Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, structured insights
- 5+ years of experience in consumer insights / market research / data analytics
- Experience in the smartphone or consumer electronics industry is a plus
