MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
Job Purpose
Design, implement, and evaluate training, capability development, and performance management programs to ensure employees achieve both individual and organizational goals. Act as a bridge between business strategy, workforce capability, and execution effectiveness.
Summary
- Analysis & Design: Identify skill gaps (TNA) and design training programs based on frameworks such as ADDIE, 70-20-10, and E-learning.
- Delivery & Evaluation: Organize multi-channel training and measure effectiveness using Kirkpatrick’s 4 levels to ensure practical application.
- Competency Management: Support the development of competency frameworks, competency dictionaries, and conduct regular assessments through systems.
- Performance Management: Support KPI standardization, performance reviews, goal setting, and connect performance data with training plans.
Detailed Tasks:
1. Training Needs Analysis (TNA):
- Proactively work with managers to identify skill gaps.
- Use survey and performance data to prepare regular training needs reports.
2. Design & Delivery (L&D Delivery):
- Apply international frameworks (ADDIE, 70-20-10) to develop diverse learning materials (E-learning, workbooks, coaching).
- Deliver training sessions or coordinate with external trainers to ensure engagement and a good learning experience.
3. Evaluation & Improvement:
- Measure training effectiveness using Kirkpatrick’s 4 levels (from learner reaction to business results).
- Closely monitor how knowledge is applied at work and propose timely improvements.
4. Competency Framework Management:
- Build and update competency dictionaries and assessment tools (360°, self-assessment).
- Develop competency heatmaps and support Individual Development Plans (IDP) and career paths.
5. Performance Management (KPI):
- Standardize and implement end-to-end KPI processes, from goal setting to final evaluation.
- Connect performance data with training (data-driven L&D) to focus on key capability gaps.
6. Talent Development Projects:
- Manage key programs such as Talent Development, Management Trainee (MT), Mentoring, and Succession Planning.
- Operate the Learning Management System (LMS) and maintain employee competency records.
KINH NGHIỆM YÊU CẦU
- Education: Bachelor’s in HRM, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience:
- 3–5 years in L&D / OD / Performance Management.
- Experience in competency modeling and KPI systems preferred.
- 3–5 years in L&D / OD / Performance Management.
- Tools: HRIS, LMS, Canva, Excel.
- Language: Chinese or English referred.
