Social Strategy & Campaign Leadership
- Lead overall social content strategy and communication direction across TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and emerging platforms.
- Drive TikTok-first content strategy by identifying trends, audience behaviors, and platform opportunities.
- Lead social planning and execution for major brand and product campaigns, ensuring strong social buzz and cross-platform amplification.
- Build scalable social content frameworks that strengthen brand relevance, engagement, and platform growth.
Smartphone Product Communication
- Translate smartphone product features and innovations into consumer-friendly, engaging, and socially relevant content.
- Work closely with Product Marketing teams to develop compelling social storytelling for launches and key campaigns.
KOL & Creator Management
- Develop and manage KOL and creator strategies aligned with campaign objectives and target audiences.
- Identify suitable creators and partners based on brand fit, content quality, and social influence.
- Guide creator content direction and maintain strong relationships with creators, agencies, and production partners.
Data-driven Optimization
- Analyze social and campaign performance data to optimize content strategies and platform growth.
- Monitor market trends, platform updates, competitor activities, and emerging content formats to improve campaign effectiveness.
Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration
- Lead and mentor internal teams and external agencies to ensure high-quality execution.
- Work closely with Media, PR, Branding, Product Marketing, and Community teams to drive integrated communication campaigns.
- Manage multiple stakeholders, timelines, and campaign priorities in a fast-paced environment.
KINH NGHIỆM YÊU CẦU
Experience
- 6-8 year experience of experience in Social Media , Content, Digital Marketing, or Integrated Campaign roles, with leadership experience preferred.
- Proven experience leading large-scale social campaigns and integrated digital launches from strategy to execution.
- Experience in smartphone, consumer electronics, mobile technology, or tech-related industries is highly preferred.
- Experience working with KOLs, creators, agencies, and production partners.
Skills & Capabilities
- Deep understanding of TikTok ecosystem, social trends, creator culture, and platform-native content.
- Strong capability in translating smartphone product features and technical innovations into effective social communication.
- Strong strategic thinking with a data-driven and consumer-centric mindset.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and campaign orchestration skills.
- Trend-sensitive, adaptable, and able to thrive in fast-changing digital environments.
