MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
1. New Product Go-to-Market (GTM) Project ManagementLead and coordinate the end-to-end new product launch process in the Vietnam market, ensuring launch readiness and achievement of business objectives.
Manage and execute all key initiatives under the 4P framework: Product / Price / Place / Promotion.
Monitor project timelines, control critical milestones, and drive cross-functional alignment throughout the launch process.
2. Pre-launch Planning & Execution
Coordinate product supply planning, pricing strategy, and channel distribution plans across different launch phases.
Participate in designing and executing first-sale campaigns, sellout acceleration programs, and in-store activation activities.
Coordinate the preparation of POSM, marketing assets, and launch-related materials.
3. Post-launch Sales Performance Monitoring
Monitor daily sellout performance and analyze business results across sales channels.
Track inventory health, stock allocation efficiency, and overall product distribution performance.
Identify business issues or abnormal sales trends in a timely manner and drive improvement actions with relevant stakeholders.
4. Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with Product Line teams at Headquarters and local functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Retail/KA, etc.
Act as a key coordinator to ensure smooth communication and alignment among stakeholders during product launch execution.
5. Reporting & Performance Review
Lead post-launch review reporting and summarize key business performance indicators after each product launch cycle.
Analyze launch effectiveness and provide recommendations for future product launch improvements.
KINH NGHIỆM YÊU CẦU
Bachelor’s degree or above;Strong academic background with outstanding GPA or academic achievements;
Good command of English communication skills, both written and spoken;
Chinese proficiency (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) is a strong advantage;
Strong project management and multitasking capabilities, with the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment;
Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint;
Proactive, result-oriented, and able to work effectively under pressure;
1–3 years of experience in consumer electronics, FMCG, or retail industries is preferred;
Outstanding fresh graduates with strong potential are also welcome to apply.
