MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
A. Community Development
- Identify and build relationships with Pickleball, Running, Fitness and other sports communities in Vietnam.
- Develop relationships with community leaders, club owners, coaches and active players.
- Build and maintain a long-term community & partner database.
- Identify high-potential communities where OPPO IoT products can naturally participate.
B. Partnership Development
- Develop partnerships with sports clubs, tournaments, gyms, courts and event organizers.
- Explore cooperation opportunities including co-branding, sponsorship, product seeding, prizes, trials and community benefits.
- Negotiate partnership packages and coordinate execution with internal teams and external partners.
- Build repeatable partnership models that can scale across different communities and cities.
C. Community Activation
- Plan and execute product trials, sports challenges, workshops and small community events.
- Bring OPPO IoT products into real sports and lifestyle scenarios.
- Work with community captains and partners to generate authentic user participation and content.
- Support major IoT launches through relevant community and sports activations.
D. Performance & Relationship Management
- Track participation, product trials, content output and other key results.
- Collect feedback from communities and partners to improve future activities.
- Maintain long-term relationships instead of one-off event cooperation.
- Identify new sports/lifestyle trends and partnership opportunities.
KINH NGHIỆM YÊU CẦU
- 2+ years of experience in Sports Marketing, Community, Partnership, Business Development or Event Activation.
- Existing network within Vietnam's sports / fitness / lifestyle communities is highly preferred.
- Experience with Pickleball, Running or Fitness is a strong plus.
- Strong relationship-building, communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable working directly with clubs, community leaders and event organizers.
- Hands-on and execution-oriented - willing to visit communities, attend events and work on-ground.
- Able to manage multiple partners and projects independently.
- Vietnamese native speaker; working English required.
- Passion for sports, technology and consumer products is preferred.
